Love Island<\/a> star Harley Judge looks a little different since he graced our screens on the programme six years ago.<\/p>\n

The 28-year-old was the first islander to be voted off the 2017 series of the popular ITV<\/a> show, after being rejected by Amber Gill \u2013 who has now found love with Jen Beattie<\/a> \u2013 and Chloe Crowhurst.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Despite getting some attention from his six-day appearance on the show<\/a>, Harley told his 134,000 followers in a new Instagram post that the reality TV lifestyle \u2018wasn\u2019t for me\u2019 and led him to the \u2018lowest point in my life\u2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He has found solace through the gym and become a bodybuilder, regularly sharing snaps on Instagram of his new physique.<\/p>\n

The former grounds worker recently flexed his huge arm and leg muscles after gaining 30kg of muscle. <\/p>\n

In response to a post, one person commented: ‘Mate, you are unrecognisable,’ and complimented his transformation, while others simply wrote: ‘You look insane’ and ‘omg you are huge’.<\/p>\n

Quite the transformation when you consider that he described himself as a \u2018Ken doll\u2019 before entering the famous villa of love. <\/p>\n

\u2018This isn\u2019t just a case of me wanting to \u201clook good\u201d, bodybuilding is my life,\u2019 said Harley, who now enters bodybuilding competitions.<\/p>\n

He continued: \u2018I thrive off extremes. Pushing myself to my limits and I would much rather it be towards [something] that benefits my life rather than it being detrimental.\u2019<\/p>\n

Harley explained how it affects every moment of his day including his sleep, nutrition and training, but added that he is more than happy to \u2018invest\u2019 in this lifestyle. <\/p>\n

Expanding further on his mental health post-Love Island Harley said: \u2018I suffered with depression, I was drinking and partying multiple times a week and generally my life was a mess. I deleted all traces of me and that show so I could move on with my life.\u2019<\/p>\n

As well as changing his own aesthetic through the extreme lifestyle, Harley has also made it his mission to help others do the same, offering personal coaching sessions through his company Alpha Elite.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He told his followers \u2018let\u2019s get to work\u2019. I\u2019m exhausted just thinking about it!<\/p>\n

One person that does share his enthusiasm is long-term girlfriend Lauren Brown, who also works as an online coach under the brand name Alpha. <\/p>\n
